Himanshu and others who share the same view as him, voluntarily remove themselves from the Jatt circle planning for violence. Questioning what’s wrong about inter-caste relationships will open dialog for Ajit’s basic right as an individual. Although it risks Himanshu exclusion from his social group it encourages them to unlearn past narratives of violence. And who knows, maybe these Jatt boys can convince other young boys to rethink caste discrimination.
