Even though Aman is only trying to comfort Naina, it is important to consider boundaries of the other person. Naina has so far expressed clearly that she is not comfortable with any physical intimacy, and that she feels unsafe. Despite his intentions of comforting her, Aman needs to consider her position of vulnerability and not assume that she’d be okay with him trying to hug her. In such situations it is important to ask for consent instead of  making assumptions.
